Bishop Stephen and Canon Tom led the Mass for Staff in Catholic Schools, in St Joseph's Convent, Dundee on Wednesday 18th September 2019. Representatives of schools and parishes came from across the diocese. It was great to see so many teachers joining together in prayer.
At the end of the Mass, head teacher of St Francis Primary School and outgoing chair of the Dunkeld Association of Catholic Head Teachers, Neil Lowden congratulated and thanked Liz Conroy, the retiring head teacher of St Mary's School in Lochee, for her hard work and dedication to her vocation. We wish Liz all the best for her future.
After the ceremony, all teachers gathered around for a coffee and delicious biscuits!
