It has been a great honour to minister as Vicar Episcopal for Education for Bishop Stephen Robson. As his resignation has been accepted today by Pope Francis, so my office ceases as Vicar Episcopal. Please pray for Bishop Stephen and the Diocese of Dunkeld at this time. Canon Tom.
